Honda (UK) is very proud of their reputation for excellent customer service, which they have built up over many years. Honda’s dedication to customer service has seen them achieve 2nd position in the 2009 JD Power Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Survey, and they continue to strive to improve.

Since 2005 Honda has invested in a team of dedicated staff to call a sample of customers who visit Honda dealerships either to buy cars or have their current cars serviced and ask them about the level of service received.

This is much more than a measurement programme; Honda and their dealers listen to individual customer comments and then act on them to ensure that Honda delivers a really great experience.

The results from this programme, called SpeakBack has shown that some dealers are really making great strides forward.  Startin Honda has shown outstanding performance in their area and Honda is proud to give them one of only 26 Quarter 3 awards for customer excellence available across the country.

These awards are just part of a whole new initiative to further improve the service Honda and their dealers give to customers.  Their target is to ensure that our customers receive the best customer experience in town.  This is a big challenge with the Honda team benchmarking, and setting their sites on, the levels of customer service offered by companies such as John Lewis, Waitrose and Apple Computers.

Honda Happiness Fixed Price Servicing

Honda Happiness Fixed Price Servicing (HHFPS) is our exclusive pre-paid servicing package. For a one off payment of £595 / £895 for diesel models at the time of purchase you can buy your next five services. This is heavily subsidized and savings of up to £400 can be achieved.

Cars registered on or after the 1 June 2011:

  • only HHFPS 5 year / 62,500 mile plans will be available
  • Customer Contribution:
    • £595 (petrol)
    • £895 (diesel)

Budget Plan Servicing

Don't worry about those annual service bills! Why not spread the payments over the year with Direct Debit? Honda Budget Plan Servicing calculates, based on your predicted annual mileage and the term that you wish to run the scheme for, how much to charge you each month. This way when your service is due you will have covered the costs of the routine maintenance. Plans vary but are around 25 - 35 per month and represent a great way to budget for your annual service bills.

Honda happiness roadside assistance (HHRA)

This is complimentary when you buy a New or Used Honda. All Honda's Benefit from Hondacare assistance throughout the vehicle's three year warranty period and all used cars come with a minimum of 12 months' cover. It is equivalent to the AA's five star European cover. It can be purchased after the terms above have expired in collation with extended Hondacare guarantee. Or, HHRA can now be provided as a complimentary feature for Honda cars outside of warranty so long as we are carrying out the routine service and maintenance work. Hondacare Guarantee

(Extended Guarantees for 3 year plus Hondas) - Hondacare Guarantee is available if your Honda has passed its 3rd birthday. Honda Happiness is a program that offers you set repair costs for the more common wear and tear items. Priced very competitive, ensuring your Honda stays a Honda.
