Regarding the service I got from the Service Department.
It was excellent. I was seen almost immediately and informed of what was about to happen, including the approximate length of time to wait. I was directed to the waiting area, which was comfortable and with good facilities, such as complimentary beverages. I was then pleasantly surprised to be notified that my vehicle was ready to collect before the original time.
Overall, the whole experience was very good, making it an enjoyable and reasonably priced visit for a potentially mundane visit.

Hi Mark,
I'd just like to thank you and the service team for the repair on my 207SW.
It was a difficult problem to get to the bottom of as I've been trying to figure it out for a while and thanks to the Saturday morning visit from Anthony due to the fact the knock settled out as soon as I drove the car, the problem has now been resolved.
The car now handles much better than it ever has and that worrying knock has gone, so a big thank you to all for sorting this out as I know it only intermittently showed up.
I understand how difficult intermittent faults are to get to the bottom of in my profession and the job was dealt with so promptly after Anthony's visit plus, repaired within the day, which was superb.
Once again I have my reason for going to Startin Peugeot for a car and my wife's car later the same year fully justified as I firmly believe no other local dealer would give me this level of service, confidence and customer support.

Hi,
I would just like to say that without your service team finding a fault with my brakes, i would still be driving around with brakes not up to full working order. As the garage I purchased my car from insisted there was nothing wrong with them, so with the report I was given by your service team, they had to accept there was a problem.
So thank you for excellent service.
