“Thank you for your recent letter dated 11 August regarding the service we recently had for our Jazz. We appreciated the fact that a small problem with the transmission was sorted out along with the transmission (CVT) fluid change, on top of the service.
My wife who uses the car more than I do would like to pass on her thanks for the fact that the car was cleaned inside and out - very useful when one has a dog that sheds hair everywhere.
We have owned this Jazz for 2 years now and have found it an excellent small car, and in a couple of years will look to replace it with another.

We were so pleased with the assistance we got from yourselves and Honda recently that we wrote to 'Honest John' at the Daily Telegraph. Our email and their reply are shown below. We would always recommend Hondas and Startin Honda in particular.
Sir, Recently the air conditioning control unit on my four and a half year old Honda CRV CDTi Executive failed. My local dealer, Startin Honda of Worcester, from whom I bought the car new, quoted £688 for parts and labour to install a new unit. Following an approach from Startins to enquire if Honda might be prepared to make a contribution to the cost, Honda offered to pay for the Unit (£600) if I would pay for the labour. Needless to say I accepted immediately! I have always had excellent service from Startin Honda and cannot speak highly enough of them and of Honda itself. Praise where praise is most certainly due!
